Visits

Visits are available Monday to Sunday.

Maximum of 1 hour per visit.

A valid email address must be provided to receive confirmation of your appointment.

You must state your relationship to the inmate when booking an appointment.

His Majesty’s Prison reserves the right to decline an appointment or shorten the visit time when necessary.

Dress code in effect. Please see the dress code policy on the form.


cooked food drop-offs
Lawyer Visits
• One plate/box of cooked food per inmate, along with one small drink or water
• Appointments for weekend drop-offs must be made on or before 3:00 PM every Friday
• Only cooked food is allowed; no other items or food products will be accepted
• HMP reserves the right to decline or cancel an appointment request at short notice
• Please provide a valid email address for your appointment confirmation
• Visits are available Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• The inmate’s full name must be provided when scheduling the appointment
• Please state if any additional persons will attend the visit, such as another lawyer or translator
• Dress code is in effect
• All prison rules and regulations remain in effect during visits
• HMP reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time​​

Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Virtual Visits are available to all inmates and their approved visitors. If you are unable to attend a visit in person, you may request a Virtual Visit through the HM Prison website.

All Virtual Visit requests are subject to approval and must comply with prison rules and procedures.

All appointments must be approved by His Majesty’s Prison.

Appointments will be conducted via WhatsApp video call.

His Majesty’s Prison reserves the right to decline, cancel, or shorten an appointment when necessary.

Approved Items Drop-Off (Monday to Friday)

Approved items may be dropped off Monday to Friday, subject to prison regulations and approval.
Examples of approved items include:

Clothing

Footwear (shoes, slippers, etc.)

Prescribed medication (subject to verification and approval)

Personal hygiene items

Reading materials
-
Approved electronic devices and accessories

Other authorized personal property

All items are subject to inspection and approval by prison staff. Prohibited items will not be accepted.
